Led a team to create a Medallion Lakehouse on Microsoft Fabric and migrate assets from Databricks and Synapse, enhancing accuracy, governance, and usability, and enabling a consistent view across the business, though BI reports and self-service analytics.
Helped the client's Customer Care CoE define specs for OTIF calculation, and to refactor the relevant Power BI data models on Microsoft Fabric. The client managed to decrease the time to insight > 2x and saved > 50% of the relevant Microsoft Fabric capacity costs.
